Golf Outing Request Form  

- A deposit of 10% of the estimated total outing cost is required to hold the date of the affair for all functions.

- Menu selections are required 30 days prior to the affair And an additional 25% of the estimated balance

- Final payment and guest count guarantees are due three business days prior to the affair

- Two (2) Meals are required for all Outing Events

- No more than 3 Menu selections per party (for sit-down dinners)

- All Menu selections must be pre-ordered with approximate counts given at least one week prior to the affair

- A 20% service charge and 6% PA sales tax will be added to all food and beverage charges

- Minimum number of participants is 80 people, maximum 120

- All Outings will begin with a 1:00 PM Shotgun

Room Charges
Banquet Room and Terrace:   $250.00
Bartender Fees:   $150.00 per Bartender

Dress Code
Conventional golfing attire must be worn on the golf course and practice area. Athletic warm-up apparel, jeans, shirts without collars and jogging shorts are not considered proper attire. Shorts must be of "Bermuda" length (no more than four inches above knees). We reserve the right to refuse golfing privileges to those who are not properly dressed. Penetrating spiked golf shoes are prohibited.

Inclement Weather
The Club reserves the right to close the course due to inclement weather. If the course is playable, the outing will be billed per the guaranteed number of participants given. If the course is closed, the outing must choose a rain date (mutually agreeable to the Club and Outing) or lose the advance deposit.

Closest to the Pin
Held on Par 3's. Whoever puts their tee shot closest to the hole during the event wins a prize. At Old York Road there is four par 3's on which closest to the pin or CTP contests can be held: number's 3, 5, 14, and 16. Please look at our course map for a hole description to help you determine your needs.

Hole In One
Held on Par 3's. If anyone gets a hole-in-one on a designated par 3, the player wins a pre-determined prize. There are companies that specialize in hole-in-one promotions and Old York Road would be glad to help you get in contact with such a company.

Long Drive
Contests usually held on a long hole, such as #7 or #15 at Old York Road. Winner is the player who hits the longest drive and keeps it in the fairway This can also be done for straight drive on hole #7.

Circle Contest
This is a fun contest that could be used to raise money or sponsored by a corporation as a fun contest. A predetermined radius circle is marked around any par 3 hole. If anyone gets inside the circle they win a prize. An outing volunteer should be present at the hole to give out prizes and verify winners.

Sponsorships/Hole Signage
If your event is goal constructed to raise money, a good way to help defray costs is to get sponsors for each hole. Old York Road allows signs to be placed on tees. This must be handled by the Client.

Registration Tee Gifts
Old York Road will have set up a registration table in front of the clubhouse for outing volunteers to sign in players. At the table you may give out tee prizes such as shirts, balls, bag tags, tees, etc. Old York Road would be happy to help you with ideas.

Mulligans
A good way to raise money for a charity event is to sell Mulligans at $5 per. A balloon tied to the cart denotes the Mulligan. Once the Mulligan is used, the balloon is popped.

Driving Range
Old York Road Country Club's driving range is available for outing use at a charge of $5 per participant. No use of the range will be allowed if the outing coordinator does not specify it.
